Vikas College of Pharmacy (VCP) is under the aegis of Jangaon Vikas Educational Society, Jangaon, which was established in 2003 by a group of highly experienced senior citizens and dynamic youngsters with a view to giving a fillip to professional education in the rural areas.
Since its inception in 2004, VCP has remained a place of innovation, creativity and excellence in pharmacy education. As the needs of society and the profession changed, our institute pioneered new programs to better prepare future pharmacists for an expanded role in the health care profession.
VCP is the pioneer of pharmacy education in Jangaon, which presently runs B.Pharmacy and M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Industrial Pharmacy) courses giving exemplary education in an 5-acre sprawling, green and pollution free campus at Jangaon. This interdisciplinary environment also fosters leading edge research and strengthens the institute’s dedication to revolutionizing healthcare through innovations that improve people’s lives
